For the company dealing with the Balkan market, we are looking for a sales manager with in-depth knowledge of the plastics market.

Company description

The group, which has 450 employees and 23 branches worldwide and is specialized in the distribution of plastics and chemical products, is looking for a Sales Manager (M/F) to support and structure its growth.

Tasks

- Prospecting new clients and developing the our existing clientele,

- Develop and increase sales volumes of EP products and raw materials

- Development of local company distribution in your area

- Management of trading operations

- Develop and implement sales strategies for selected target groups and proactively contribute to business development activities,

- Determine the terms of purchase and sale of EP products + goods sold by our company

- Monitoring and supervision of the logistical processing of sales and supply orders from suppliers with the help of the team of assistants

- Follow-up of dispute files in case of any claim to recover by all legal means the full amount of our claim,

- Recovery of invoices related to commercial transactions 

- And any other tasks assigned by your manager

Profile wanted

- Knowledge and skills of products and processes associated with the plastics industry

- Excellent communication

- Troubleshooting and decision making

- Motivated and able to work independently

- Planning ability, organization and flexibility

- Computer skills: advanced level: experience using ERP systems

- Fluent in English

- Professional experience: minimum 5 years in related functions,
