SALES MANAGERS - AFRICA
POSITION
You participate in building the company's long-term business strategy and come to develop our rapidly growing African market.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for an area covering one or more countries in Africa and will be responsible for the following activities:
- Polymer sales through finding new customers and growing our existing businesses
- Maintain close relationships with customers through regular activities and visits
- Identification of new customers and markets through constant prospecting
- Actively work on collecting payments within agreed deadlines
- Supervise logistics and customer service with the support of a back-office
- Gather market intelligence, share and collaborate with the company's global teams
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CANDIDATE
- Minimum 3-5 years B2B sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in international business, management or equivalent
- English and French (preferable for some areas)
- Import/export experience is a plus
