Recovery Division
The RECOVERY DIVISION located in Erba (CO) specializes in the management and recovery of scraps from various types of plastics.
The collection of industrial waste is carried out with our own authorized vehicles.

Compound Division
The COMPOUND DIVISION in Alzate Brianza (CO) specializes in the production and trade of plastic compounds, with particular focus on technical polymers.
The ground material is processed, additivated and/or pigmented and then extruded using single-screw or twin-screw extruders.
We create tailor-made products by analyzing the needs of our clients. We work with both secondary raw materials and virgin choices that we can modify.
We use both PIR (Post Industrial Recycled) industrial scraps and PCR (Post Consumer Recycled) scraps.
We can:
- add and reinforce the compound with glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber, or other mineral fillers
- tribologically modify the compound with the addition of PTFE, molybdenum, silicones, or graphite
- make the compound flame-retardant using additives, including halogen-free options
- customize the color with 15 extrusion lines, using single-screw and twin-screw extruders
Recovery Division Size and Production Capacity

- production capacity of 22,000 annual tons
- 100 tons per day of extruded technopolymers at full capacity with continuous processing
Finished Products Warehouse
Located in Erba, it allows us to store materials both ground and in granules ready for delivery
- 7000 sqm surface, of which 3,600 sqm covered
Our technopolymers are customizable according to client requests. The regenerated material can come from industrial waste (PIR) or from post-consumer waste (PCR) for some materials.

On request, we can also produce compounds of PBT, SAN, PMMA, and PET and modify virgin compounds of PP.

Caldara Plast has an in-house laboratory equipped with specific instruments, where specialized technicians consistently verify products both incoming and outgoing to ensure high and constant quality standards.
Our in-house laboratory allows us to provide products that perfectly meet customer requirements, with a guarantee of customization, continuity, and reliability, and compliance with current regulations.
Research and Development
In addition to working internally to find the best solutions for our clients, Caldara Plast collaborates with universities and startups in the pursuit of researching new materials that can achieve industrial improvement in a green perspective.

Caldara has all the legal authorizations for the collection and storage of waste. All our products comply with European and international regulations.
The company is certified ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. In the "Caldara 2nd life" line, products are certified with the Second Life Plastic (PSV) and Global Recycle Standard (GRS) marks.
These certifications guarantee the end customer complete traceability of materials produced from the valorization of plastic waste and are a guarantee of quality and respect for strict environmental and social parameters.
