Production of recycled PEEK granules reinforced with 30% Carbon Fiber
Code: 11420. We produce a technical compound based on polyether-ether-ketone (PEEK) containing a significant percentage of recycled material, reinforced with 30% carbon fiber.
The integration of these fibers substantially improves the compressive strength and stiffness of the material, while offering a significant reduction in thermal expansion.
Thanks to this configuration, the material is particularly suitable for extreme operating conditions in terms of temperature, mechanical stress and chemically aggressive environments.
Main features
- Excellent resistance to chemicals and abrasive agents
- Minimal thermal deformation even at high temperatures
- High capacity to support static and dynamic loads
Typical uses
This high-performance material is used in sectors requiring precision, strength and durability:
- Aerospace, for lightweight and stable structural components in extreme thermal environments
- Automotive industry, in parts exposed to vibrations, friction and high temperatures
- Industrial sector, for mechanical elements such as bearings, sealing rings, plates and supports that operate in chemical or high-wear environments
- High performance electronics, where dimensional stability combined with thermal and chemical insulation is required
- Advanced mechanical engineering, for high precision components subjected to repeated static and dynamic loads
