Production of recycled pellets based on fluoropolymers: PVDF - ECTFE - PFA
Code: 11421. We produce recycled granules based on fluoropolymers, obtained from the recovery and processing of carefully selected industrial waste.
These materials, known for their high chemical and thermal resistance, are commonly used in the production of advanced technical components and high-performance composites.
The regeneration process takes place with dedicated technologies, capable of preserving the functional characteristics of the original polymers, guaranteeing a constant and reliable quality of the finished product.
The pellets we produce are derived from scraps and recovered parts of the following fluoroplastic materials:
- Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF): Known for its excellent resistance to chemicals and UV rays.
- Ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene (ECTFE): appreciated for its excellent balance between mechanical properties and chemical stability.
- Perfluoroalkoxyalkane (PFA): used in high temperature applications for its extraordinary chemical inertness.
- Mixed fluorinated compounds: developed to meet specific requirements based on performance and process needs.
Main uses
Recycled fluoroplastic granules find application in various high-tech sectors:
- Chemical and pharmaceutical industry, for the production of pipes, valves, gaskets and coatings resistant to aggressive substances.
- Electronics sector, for insulating components, cable coatings and applications requiring high purity.
- Water treatment and corrosive environments, where it is essential to maintain structural integrity in extreme conditions.
- Medical technology and laboratory devices, in contexts where total chemical inertia and thermal stability are required.
