We have designed and built automatic and semi-automatic winders in three different types for corrugated pipes.
The vast range of models is designed to optimally respond to the specific needs of corrugated pipe manufacturers, both for production systems and for the various application sectors, including plant engineering, automotive and agriculture.
You can find reels for corrugated pipes in different variations:
- Made of PVC or polypropylene, with dimensions ranging from 16 mm to 40 mm, mainly used for electrical systems.
- In polyamide , with sizes ranging from 12 mm to 110 mm, used above all in the automotive sector and in high-quality industrial machines, thanks to the superiority of polyamide compared to PVC.
- Double-walled , more resistant, with sizes ranging from 40 mm up to 200/250 mm, used in underground electrical systems or in walls.
- Drainage corrugated pipes , widely used in industrial agriculture, made of PVC or PE with small slots that allow water to enter and be channeled into the drain.
