Code: 11728. We are ATF Automazioni Tessili Frigerio, active for over 20 years in the design and in-house construction of custom-made automated machines and lines for the manufacturing industry.

We are not a systems integrator: we design and build every critical component directly in our workshop, with a team of technicians specialized in mechanics, electronics, and robotics programming.

What we produce

Our range is divided into four main families:

- Automatic and semi-automatic winders for rolls of flexible materials (film, membranes, non-woven fabrics, laminates)

- Machines for packaging rolls, bundles and balls with shrink and stretch film

- Palletizers for heavy industrial loads, with centering and compression systems up to 80%

- Custom robotic cells and lines, designed to customer specifications with PLC and SCADA integration

Over 90% of production is custom made.

Sectors and materials

We operate across the sectors of waterproofing and roofing membranes, geogrids and geotextiles, nonwovens, technical laminates, rigid and flexible PVC, pipes, wadding, filter materials, and technical textiles. Significant recent end-of-line orders concern PVC, roofing, and geogrid applications.

Authority and recognition

We are full members of AMAPLAST (Italian Plastics and Rubber Machinery Manufacturers' Association). Our lines comply with Industry 4.0 standards. We participate in major international industry events: K Show Düsseldorf 2025 (Hall 3, Stand F57), MECSPE Bologna, and Techtextil Frankfurt.

Commercial reach

80% of production is exported to Europe, the USA, and Russia. Each project is developed with a completely customized approach and direct post-sales technical support worldwide.
