Code: 10217. We produce a densified LDPE product that comes from post-consumer waste from Tertapack-type polylaminate packaging.
The product is made of densified LDPE polymer obtained from the recycling of polylaminate waste (polyethylene and aluminium, CER 03.03.07) deriving from tetrapak type beverage cartons.
The densified LDPE comes from the separation treatments between the paper fraction of the food packaging and the plastic fraction, made up of the protective and waterproof film of the package.
Furthermore, there is a fraction of micronized aluminum which belonged to the protective layer of the packaging paper.
The densified LDPE has excellent moldability and flexibility characteristics and lends itself easily to the creation of mixtures with other molding polymers.
As regards the aesthetic aspect of the products , the densified LDPE creates the glitter effect on the surface , combining very well with the colors that you want to attribute to the final product.
