The material comes from the processing of the waste of industrial productions and recovered directly on board the machine, ground, granulated and additive according to the recipes to be realized.

The abs V0 recycled grain is suitable for use in the automotive industry.

MFI: 15-30 at 220°/10 Kg. (ISO 1133)

Tensile strength at yield: 40 MPa (ISO 527-1,2)

Elongation at break: 10% (ISO 527-1.2)

Flexural strength: 2400 MPa (ISO 178)

Izod at 23 °C: 110-130 J/m (ASTM D256)

Vicat: (48 N-120 degrees C/h): 95 °C (ISO 306 B)

Glow-wire: 960 degrees C (IEC 60695-2-12)

Colors: second RAL scale (excluding neutral)

Packaging: BB from 1200 kg., bags of 25 kg. and Octabin
