Code: 11712. IMS Polymers, a division of İzmir Makine Sanayi A.Ş., is a Turkish manufacturer of functional thermoplastic compounds founded in 2014 in Turgutlu Organized Industrial Zone, Manisa.
With a covered plant covering 8,500 m² on a total area of 18,700 m², 5 series extruders, 3 laboratory extruders and a production capacity of 17,500 tons/year, it produces advanced technical compounds based on PA6 polymers (InnoMid® PA6), PA6.6 (InnoMid® PA6.6), PP (InnoPlen® PP), ABS (InnoKril® ABS), PC (InnoCarb® PC), PBT (InnoDur® PBT), PC/ABS blends (InnoBlend®), recycled and sustainable compounds (InnoEnd®, InnoRen® PC), biocomposite and natural compounds (Naturpal®) and colored masterbatches (IMSColors®).
The compounds are developed with specific properties such as flame retardancy, wear resistance, electrical and thermal conductivity, UV stabilization, antimicrobial, structural reinforcement with glass and carbon fiber, and green/upcycling solutions.
It serves the automotive and transportation, electrical and electronic, household appliances, healthcare, construction, and industrial sectors.
It has an in-house R&D center with 37 researchers and a development office at Ege University Technopark in İzmir, and is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 10002 certified.
