We produce recycled PC/ABS granules for the production of non-aesthetic items

Code: 1833. Recycled PC / ABS granule, amorphous, produced with processing waste (post industrial) not suitable for the molding of aesthetic articles, with high fluidity, in the colors requested according to the RAL table.

The material, considered a technopolymer, is part of high-end recycled products.

MFI: 35-45 at 260 ° / 5 Kg. (ISO 1133)

Density: 1.12 gr./cm3 (ISO 1183)

Water absorption: 0.20% (24h-23 °)

Shrinkage on molding: 0.4-0.7%

Tensile yield strength: 48 Mpa (ISO 527,1,2)

Tensile elongation at break: greater than 50% (ISO 527,1,2)

Flexural modulus of elasticity: 2200 Mpa (ISO 178)

IZOD: 350-450 J / m (astm D256 at 23 °)

Vicat: 110-130 ° C (ISO 306 / b)

Packaging: Big Bags or 25 kg bags.
