The company, founded in 1995, specializes in battery recycling, with a focus on nickel-cadmium (NiCd), nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) and lithium batteries. In 2016, it opened a state-of-the-art facility in Germany dedicated to the safe and efficient recycling of lithium batteries. The processes implemented aim to maximize the recovery of valuable materials, while ensuring high safety standards and minimizing emissions. In addition to recycling, the company offers battery collection, sorting and disassembly services, supporting sustainable e-waste management.
rMIX: Industrial Recycling of Nickel-Cadmium BatteriesCode: 9490. In our recycling activities, we take care of the selection and processing of nickel-cadmium batteries.Waste nickel-cadmium batteries are valuable sources of raw materials among which we find:- Nickel- Cadmium - FeroIn the recycling process, nickel-cadmium batteries are first released from the plastic casing typical of power tools and then heat treated in a glass tube reactor. The water from the electrolyte is removed, the residual plastic is pyrolysed and the cadmium is chemically converted so that it can evaporate from the batteries and recondense as metal inside the vacuum furnace (99.95% purity).Origin: GermanyCategory: WEEE - Batteries - nickel - cadmium - WEEEIf you are subscribed to rMIX see customer contacts, if you are not, subscribe by choosing the contract you prefer.

rMIX: Industrial Recycling of Lithium Ion BatteriesCode: 9489. In our plant for the selection and industrial recycling of lithium-ion batteries we take care of giving new life to the precious metals that used batteries contain.Lithium-ion batteries for recycling contain the following recyclable raw materials:- Iron- Cobalt- Manganese- Lead- Nickel- AluminumThe new recycling plant is based on the autothermal pyrolysis process, i.e. operated without heating energy, with subsequent improved mechanical processing. We welcome all lithium batteries that come from the commercial, automotive and energy storage sectors for renewables.Origin: GermanyCategory : WEEE - batteries - lithium ion - recycling If you are a rMIX subscriber, see the customer's contacts, if you are not, subscribe by choosing the contract you prefer.
