rMIX: Thermal Hydrolysis Plant after Anaerobic Digestion for biogasCode: 10372. We produce a specific plant for thermal hydrolysis after anaerobic digestion of wastewater purification sludge for the production of biogas. From the initial and intermediate sectors of the sewage treatment plant, the raw sediments are directed towards the digesters, following a traditional method. Subsequently, these treated sediments are dried to a dry matter content of 16% and introduced into a mixing device. From here, the heated sediments are constantly conveyed to the reactors via a staged process, which ensures hermetically sealed sediment compartments for each reactor. Coming from the reactor, the sediments, now sterilized, are quickly transferred to a stabilization tank at normal pressure . The sudden drop in pressure determines the effective disintegration of the organic cells present in the treated sediments. After leaving the stabilization tank, the hydrolyzed sediments are dried immediately while maintaining an elevated temperature and subsequently cooled before their release from the plant. The concentrate rich in biodegradable substances is then reintroduced into the digester to further increase biogas production. rMIX: Thermal Hydrolysis Plant before Anaerobic DigestionCode: 10371. We produce a specific system for thermal hydrolysis before the anaerobic digestion of wastewater purification sludge. In the primary and secondary sectors of the waste water treatment plant , the untreated sludge is collected and compressed until it reaches a consistency of 16-18% solids. This concentrated sludge is then constantly fed into a pre-treatment machine. From this machine, the heated sludge is continuously transferred to the reactors , through a phased method that ensures hermetically sealed containers of sludge for each reactor. After treatment in the reactor, the sludge, now sterilised, is immediately transferred to a rapid settling tank, operating at ambient pressure. The sudden reduction in pressure causes the effective destruction of the organic cells present in the treated sludge. At the end of this process in the settling tank, the sludge is cooled until it reaches the optimal temperature for anaerobic digestion , partly through the addition of water to dilute it and partly through heat exchangers, to then be introduced into the anaerobic digesters. The product resulting from this anaerobic digestion process is sterilized and complies with the strictest guidelines for the treatment of organic waste. This produces high-quality biosolids, suitable for spreading on land.
