Code: 10451. We produce a series of RDF mixtures in order to obtain the best possible composition of waste for energy recovery. Waste Derived Fuel (CDR) represents an innovative energy solution, created through the treatment of non-hazardous waste. This resource is intended for use in energy recovery processes at various facilities, such as incinerators, co-incineration plants, industrial furnaces, thermal power plants and cogeneration plants, in line with the regulations established by the European Committee for Standardization (CEN). Physical Characteristics and Composition - CDR is an odorless product, a sign of its processing and purification. - It is remarkably light, making handling and transport easier. - Contains less than 20% moisture, indicating good preparation for incineration. - The particles into which it is reduced vary in size from 0 to 4 cm, optimizing combustion. To increase the energy efficiency of RDF, we work by creating mixtures of selected waste, in order to obtain a higher calorific value. This process takes advantage of the optimal use of residual materials. The resulting mixture is mainly composed of paper, cardboard (65%) and plastic, enriched by a portion of textile waste and wood, which contribute to further improving the calorific value of the fuel . Code: 10450. Through the use of our purification plants we offer our customers the wastewater treatment service. Our facility is equipped with an advanced treatment system intended for predominantly aqueous solutions, suspensions and emulsions . This system is able to operate through physico-chemical methods for the removal of contaminants, as well as through evapocondensation processes, in order to recover these fluids. Once it reaches the plants, the water is subjected to various purification treatments , during which the residual sludge is separated by decantation, resulting in clean water that can be reused both for irrigation purposes and in industrial contexts. Specialized Treatments for Wastewater We offer treatments specifically designed to address and purify major categories of aqueous effluent, including: - Water resulting from degreasing operations, which remove fats, oils and other unwanted substances from surfaces. - Cooling fluids and water-oil emulsions, commonly used in industrial processes to reduce the heat generated. -Waters containing hydrocarbons, which require careful separation to avoid environmental damage. - Water polluted with inks from various industries, such as wood, textiles, footwear, metallurgy and graphic arts. - Effluents containing organic substances from the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries, which require specific treatments due to their delicate nature. - Cleaning liquids used in industrial processes and various services, which can present unique challenges in their purification.
