rMIX: Sale of Vertical Anaerobic Biofilm to Produce Energy

Code: 10370. We build and sell a plant to produce electricity and heat through the production of biogas. An anaerobic digestion unit is located in the base of the first compartment of the treatment silo, which transforms approximately three-quarters of the organic materials into methane gas . In the upper part of this plant, corresponding to the second phase of the process, an innovative type of aerobic biofilm reactor is positioned. This component uses an advanced process to degrade residual organic substances and neutralize odors. The technology has the ability to achieve a zero energy balance or even produce excess energy. The biogas produced has a high percentage of methane (up to 84%) , ideal for energy production. Efficiency – Optimizes the biological process, increasing the effectiveness of the membranes.
