Code: 10443. We design and build, based on the needs of our customers, plants for the selection of waste paper. The waste paper selection system works automatically, the process begins with the pre-selection of the newly received material, organizing it by size and type. Upon startup, the paper is fed into the input conveyor belt and then proceeds into the system. Subsequently, the flow of material encounters a large disc separator, which has the task of extracting the largest elements, typically pieces of cardboard, isolating them from the rest. Continuing along the waste paper selection process , the material passes through a further disc sieve, this time with a smaller space between the discs, thus allowing the removal of smaller particles and impurities. After this purification phase, the material reaches the conveyor belt connected to the optical separator, where the final classification takes place based on the specific needs of the customers, ensuring a targeted and accurate selection of the material destined for recycling.
