Code: 11722. We design and manufacture machinery and systems for recycling, mixing, and extruding plastics, for companies operating in polymer processing and the production of regenerated plastics. Our business was founded in 1998 in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu Province, China, as a joint venture between the Baixiong Group and the Hong Kong-based Klimens Company.
Over the years, we have developed an industrial structure specialized in the design and production of plastics processing systems, obtaining ISO 9001 and CE certifications, which attest to the quality and compliance of our machinery with international standards.
Plastic recycling lines for PE, PP and PET
Among the key technologies we develop are complete plastic recycling lines, designed to process polymeric materials such as PE, PP, and PET films. These plants integrate washing, shredding, and separation systems that transform plastic waste into raw materials ready for reuse in production cycles.
The recycling lines are designed to ensure high operational performance, with production capacities reaching up to 3 tons per hour, allowing for efficient management of recovered plastic material flows.
Industrial mixers and automatic feeding systems
To support polymer transformation processes, we also manufacture industrial mixing systems, including the SRL-W series hot-cool combination mixers. These systems ensure uniform mixing of plastic raw materials and additives, improving compound quality and production process stability.
Our range also includes automatic central feeding systems, used for the transport and distribution of plastic materials within production lines. These solutions optimize raw material management and increase the operational efficiency of industrial plants.
Extruders and extrusion lines for PVC and PE pipes
We design and manufacture single-screw and twin-screw extruders used to transform polymers into various industrial products. These machines can be integrated into complete lines for the production of PVC and PE pipes, widely used in the infrastructure, irrigation, and construction sectors.
The extrusion lines are designed to ensure dimensional accuracy, production continuity, and process stability, essential characteristics for the production of technical pipes intended for various industrial uses.
PET granulation and recycling
Available technologies also include granulation lines for PP and PE polymers, including water-ring and string-die granulation systems. These systems transform recycled plastic material into granules ready for reuse in industrial transformation processes.
We also produce dedicated PET recycling lines, designed for the production of flakes and pellets, used as secondary raw materials in the production of new plastic products.
Auxiliary technologies for plastics processing
To complete our production lines, we also develop a series of auxiliary machinery used in industrial plastics transformation processes. These include:
