Hardness from quenching and tempering: HB280-320 Straightness of the screw: 0.015 mm

Nitriding hardness: HV850-1000 After nitriding, the hardness of the surface chrome plating is greater than or equal to 900HV

Depth of the nitride layer: 0.45 ~ 0.7mm Chromium thickness: 0.025 ~ 0.10mm

Nitriding brittleness: secondary Double alloy hardness: HRC50-65

Surface roughness: ≤Ra0.4 Double alloy depth: 0.8 ~ 2.0mm
