The heart of our work: thermoforming
Our production process revolves around thermoforming, a technique that consists of heating plastic sheets until they are malleable, and then giving them shape using molds and vacuum. The result is a solid, precise and resistant component, with a wide range of variations in terms of shape, size and thickness. This versatility allows us to serve very different sectors, from automotive to cosmetics.
Internal design: from drawing to prototype
Within our technical department we develop each solution starting from a careful design and dialogue with the customer. We use CAD software to model the initial idea and quickly transform it into a prototype.
Thanks to our integrated processing center, we can efficiently move to small or large series production, maintaining constant control over time and quality.
