We produce white regenerated HDPE granules for blowing bottles, containers and industrial packaging
Code: 11646. We produce recycled HDPE in white granules, free from additives, designed for blow molding and extrusion applications.
The material is ideal for the production of bottles for the cosmetics, chemical and detergent sectors, as well as resistant cans and containers.
Typical properties include a density of 0.95 to 0.97 g/cm³ (ISO 1183), a melt flow rate at 190°C of 0.25–0.60 g/10 min at a 2.16 kg load and 1.00–2.00 g/10 min at a 5.00 kg load (ISO 1133). It has an Izod impact strength at 23°C of 8–9 kJ/m² (ISO 180) and an ash content of less than 0.5% (ISO 3451).
