Tissue paper products include various types of paper intended for healthcare and household use, such as toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and facial tissues.

After preparing a specific stock, the actual production of the sheet takes place in the continuous paper machine, which produces huge jumbo rolls as the final product.

The production of tissue paper requires a type of machine with specific characteristics, which is usually composed of:

- Forming section or wet end, where material is poured onto the wire from the headbox

- Press section, where the sheet is pressed against the Yankee cylinder to remove the water,

- Dryer section, composed of hood and yankee, where the heat dries the paper,

- Winding, i.e. the winding of paper into main rolls.
