Code: 10154. We produce an HDPE granule that derives from the processing of post-consumer plastic waste coming from separate collection.

HDPE plastic waste is selected, ground, washed, densified and subsequently extruded into granules, which will become new raw material for the production of recycled polypropylene objects.

Recycled HDPE granules are suitable for the production, through polymer extrusion, of smooth and corrugated plastic pipes.

Recycled HDPE granules have the following characteristics:

MFI: 0.36 at 190°/2.16 Kg.

Density: 1.00 gr./cm3

% of PP: 6%

Flexural modulus (23°C – 2 mm/min): MPa 1050

Impact resistance with Izod notch (23°C): kJ/m2 10
