We produce grey/greenish regenerated LDPE granules for flexible films with high mechanical performance
Code: 11651. We produce recycled LDPE in granules from post-consumer streams, grey/greenish in colour, without additives, intended for extrusion processes.
This material is particularly suitable for the production of flexible, resistant and functional LDPE films, combining sustainability and technical performance.
Typical properties include a density of 0.94–0.95 g/cm³ (ISO 1183), a melt flow rate at 230°C of 0.50–0.70 g/10 min at a 2.16 kg load and 2.10–3.0 g/10 min at a 5.00 kg load (ISO 1133). It has an ash content of less than 4% (ISO 3451), a tensile strength of 23 MPa, and an elongation at break of 325% (ISO 527-3), providing high strength and ductility. The bulk density is 0.52 g/ml (ISO 60), with a polyethylene purity of 99% (ISO 11357), and a melting temperature of 108–124°C.
Filtration ranges from 90 to 110 microns, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the transformation process. This recycled LDPE is a reliable and sustainable choice for those seeking high-performance, environmentally friendly materials for film production.
