We produce post-industrial and post-consumer natural LDPE granules for high-performance sustainable films
Code: 11650. We produce recycled LDPE in natural color granules, obtained from post-industrial and post-consumer streams, without additives, specifically formulated for extrusion and film applications.
This material is ideal for the production of flexible and resistant films, used in numerous industrial and commercial sectors.
Its typical properties include a density of 0.93–0.95 g/cm³ (ISO 1183), a melt flow rate at 230°C of 0.80–2.0 g/10 min at a load of 2.16 kg and 3.0–8.0 g/10 min at a load of 5.00 kg (ISO 1133). It also has an ash content of less than 1% (ISO 3451), a tensile strength of 23 MPa, and an elongation at break of 325% (ISO 527-3), values that ensure excellent mechanical strength and ductility. The bulk density is 0.52 g/ml (ISO 60), and the polyethylene purity reaches 99% (ISO 11357), with a melting temperature of 108–124°C.
These characteristics make our recycled LDPE a reliable, sustainable and competitive solution for the production of high-performance films, while reducing environmental impact.
