We produce recycled HDPE granules for the blow molding of bottles, containers and industrial packaging

Code: 11645. We produce recycled HDPE in natural-colored granules, free from additives, specifically designed for extrusion and blow-molding applications.

This material is ideal for making bottles for cosmetics, chemicals, detergents, as well as cans and containers for various industrial sectors.

Typical properties include a density of 0.95–0.96 g/cm³ (ISO 1183), a melt flow rate at 190°C of 0.20–0.50 g/10 min at a 2.16 kg load and 0.80–1.80 g/10 min at a 5.00 kg load (ISO 1133). The material also offers high Izod impact strength at 23°C of 12–13 kJ/m² (ISO 180) and an ash content of less than 0.5% (ISO 3451).

These characteristics ensure an optimal combination of strength, dimensional stability, and processability, making the final products durable and safe. Thanks to careful quality control and sustainable raw material management, we offer a recycled HDPE capable of combining production efficiency with reduced environmental impact.
