Production of Felt with Recycled Fabrics for Temoacoustic Insulation

Code: 10249. The company produces acoustic insulation mats and rolls made from textile waste.

Soundproofing mats are made with fibers deriving from the recycling of waste materials in the form of tailoring scraps and used clothing (recycled fabrics), combined with powdered resins or thermoplastic fibers (recycled fabrics).

The acoustic mat is made of mixed fibers coming from recycled fabrics and is easily workable, can be cut with scissors and does not release fibers or dust. Its use allows for correct insulation which helps protect buildings from the cold but also from the summer heat because the house must be a place conducive to human life in all seasons.

Thanks to the use of waste materials as input raw material and with high performance parameters, our products are among the cheapest insulating materials available on the market.

At the same time, their production contributes significantly to reducing the burden on the environment by recycling materials that would otherwise have to be disposed of by incineration or landfill.

The technological process is carried out even in conditions that are not harmful to the natural environment: all devices are strictly constructed and the dust generated in the process is sucked and filtered.
