Code: 657. We collect PET water and soft drink bottles on the Indian market.
They are subsequently recycled by color creating a green PET grind with the following characteristics:
Viscosity 0.70 – 0.80 dl/g
Melting index 35 ± 5 g/10 min
Melting temperature 248 – 252
Humidity (%) < 1%
HP 7 – 8
Density 0.25 – 0.4 g/cm3
PVC 0 ppm
Polyolefin ≤ 50 ppm
Paper and fiber ≤ 20 ppm
Metal ≤ 20 ppm
PET with glue ≤ 30 ppm
Other plastic ≤ 50 ppm
Other additives ≤ 30 ppm
Size 4 – 8 mm
Flake size ≥ 8 mm ≤ 1 %
Flake size2-4mm ≤ 20%
Flake size≤ 2 mm 1%
