The densifier for plastics is suitable for materials such as: films, foams, sheets and powders.

During the operation process of the densifier for light plastics, the bulk density of the plastic is increased so that the plastic becomes an easily dosed agglomerate with a high bulk density and as little thermal damage as possible.

The densifier for lightweight plastics is also used in other areas, such as  for example, efficient drying of the material after a washing line.

During the process, the plastic scrap is heated so that the moisture evaporates and the moisture content of the material drops to approximately 0.5%. In this condition, the material is ready for further processing in an extruder or injection molding machine.
