The extruder pushes the contaminated plastic material into the filter, where a mechanical filter in steel mesh or micro-perforated sheet (punched or laser-drilled) filters the plastic material.

According to the cleaning mode set, the impurities of the plastic compound that have been blocked by the filter are discharged through the automatic opening of a valve, with minimal waste percentages.

Unlike conventional screen changers, which require the intervention and constant attention of an operator, this continuous automatic screen changer can work automatically and without interruptions.
