Code: 4608. Recycled ABS Granules, post-industrial, suitable for the production of items, such as work shoes, in which good shock resistance is required.

The material comes from the processing of the waste of industrial productions and recovered directly on board the machine, ground, granulated and additive according to the recipes to be realized.

The ABS-recycled grain is suitable for the production of safety tip for safety shoes.

Tensile strength at yield: 50 MPa (ISO 527-1,2)

Elongation at break: 100% (ISO 527-1.2)

Tensile strength: 1900 MPa (ISO 178)

Izod at 23 °C: 600 J/m (ASTM D256)

Vicat: (48 N-120 °C/h): 175 °C (ISO 306 B)

Water absorption (24h-23): 0.9-1.4 %

Fire resistance class: HB

Colors: second RAL scale (excluding neutral)

Packaging: BB from 1200 kg., bags of 25 kg. and Octabin
