Post-industrial recycled LDPE granule with high filtration, without contaminants, suitable for the production of multi-sector washers suitable for the application of water purification technology with the MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) which provides filling bodies inside the aeration tank in PE, LDPE or HDPE.

These fillings are kept in suspension within the liquid mixture by means of blowing-diffusion of compressed air (generated for example by a volumetric blower) through specific aeration systems / mixing with medium bubbles installed on the bottom of a biological tank.

The goal of MBBR technology is to improve the traditional activated sludge process, through the adoption of a higher concentration of biomass in the aeration tank; therefore it offers the possibility to considerably reduce the necessary dimensions of the basin, for the same value of the applied load.
