Blinding, cold, merciless lights. Gray walls, without openings, without a glimmer of natural light, only smooth, cold surfaces reflecting the intermittent flashes of harsh neon lights. Elena was trapped in a room that seemed to have no boundaries, but every time she took a step, the space shrank. The cubicles—sharp, claustrophobic angles—composed and discomposed around her, closing her in like a mechanical trap, unable to breathe.

Each wall seemed to slowly close in, a relentless pressure tightening her chest. She gasped for air, but the oxygen seemed to vanish, swallowed up by the acrid smell of plastic and metal.
