We are recyclers and transformers of plastic waste into new secondary raw materials and we are looking for bales of HDPE from post-consumer mix color bottles.A mix color HDPE bale must contain post-consumer colored bottles (including white). Bales may measure 3x4x5', 4x6x4' or other standard dimensions and should be secured with galvanized wire or other corrosion-resistant strapping.HDPE mix color bales must not be stored outdoors, without any covering more than four weeks before shipping.Cardboard may be used to prevent exposure and maintain the integrity of the bale.Any bale that previously contained hazardous material, residues and/ or medical waste will be rejected.We will not accept the following contaminations in the bales of HDPE mix color bottles:- Any plastic not of the specified type: for example PET, PVC, LDPE, PP, PS,- More of 2% of any other material that is not plastic: for example metal, polystyrene, paper, cardboard, wood, rubber, liquid paint or other residues, etc.- Excessive amount of debris (sand, rocks, dirt, etc.) or moisture, heavy press residue, grease or dirt.- More than 4% of the total weight of automotive oil container bales must be completely drained and rinsed. - Any insecticide, chemical bottles are unacceptable and may be a reason for fine.- Any plastic deteriorated by exposure to the sun or weather - Plastic injection wide mouth containers (rigid bulky), crates, buckets. etc. All prices are FOB point of sale, unless otherwise agreed.
