Code: 10559. We produce a line of rigid and draining plastic pipes, double wall, with a layer of geotextile suitable for water filtration. The double wall perforated rigid drainage pipe with integrated geotextile is made of 6 meter straight rigid rods and available in SN4 and SN8 ring stiffness. It has a double structure with 220° symmetrical longitudinal perforations. The first layer consists of a smooth internal surface that facilitates the smooth passage of water, while the second layer is a ring-shaped external surface that provides flexibility and high mechanical resistance. A third layer includes four longitudinal lines for color marking of the waters. A pre-installed 150 g/m² non-woven, stitched geotextile represents the fourth layer of the tube. The geotextile is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, CE marked and accompanied by a Declaration of Performance compliant with construction products legislation. During manufacturing, the geotextile is applied around the perimeter of the drainage pipe using advanced bonding methods .
