rMIX: Production of Double Wall and Smooth Corrugated Pipes in HDPECode: 9878. We produce two lines of HDPE pipes, one corrugated with double wall, smooth on the inside and corrugated on the outside external, and a line of smooth pipes.In corrugated HDPE pipes the external part with parallel rings (corrugated ) contributes to the resistance of the pipe to crushing under the action of the ground and vehicular traffic, while the smooth internal one allows the flow of water.The light blue color of the internal wall facilitates the inspection of the cameras and therefore allows a rapid control of the network. HDPE corrugated pipes are produced in accordance with EN 13476 series standards with diameters of 250 mm, 300 mm and 400 mm in a standard length of 6 m.As regards the line of smooth HDPE pipes, different thicknesses and pressure resistances are available.They are available in external diameters ranging from 20 mm to 630 mm.
