rMIX: Secondary raw material recycling (MPS) from natural textile fibersSecondary raw material recycling (MPS) from natural textile fibersCode: 246. Recycling of secondary raw material (MPS) from natural textile fibers. The recycling activity of natural textile fibers can be carried out in relation to of those textile scraps that present a composition and an internal structure made for the most part by fibers of natural origin. Some examples? Cotton, viscose or wool are classic examples of natural fibers used by textile companies or laboratories to produce consumer goods such as socks, knitwear and clothing in general. The recycling of the natural textile fiber of cotton, for example, occurs first by dividing this material from the other collected waste. After dividing it, the selected cotton fiber waste is packed with the use of a hydraulic press. Finally, the cotton fiber bale is then stored to be ready for sale as an excellent Secondary Raw Material (MPS) . The same type of procedure can be performed for the natural textile fiber of wool or the natural textile fiber of viscose. What is meant by "natural textile fiber"? Natural textile fibers are the set of fibrous products of natural origin which, due to their structure, resistance and elasticity, have the property of joining, through spinning, into small but tenacious thin threads that are used in the textile industry to the manufacture of yarns, which, in turn, by means of weaving, are transformed into fabrics. Thanks to the recycling process, the waste of natural textile fibers with which many garments, socks and footwear are produced, can be recycled and re-valued in order to be destined for a new production process.Origin: ItalyCategory: Recycled fabrics - textile waste - fiberIf you are subscribed to rMIX, contact the company, if you are not, subscribe by choosing the contract you prefer.
