In 2018, the Group made its debut on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange and subsequently, with the acquisition of the IPEG Group (Conair, Thermal Care, Pelletron), further consolidated its global leadership, more than doubling its size compared to the year of listing. For the plastics sector we offer complete systems for PET/rPET preforms and bottles, rigid packaging, automotive components, technical articles, medical devices and pharmaceutical packaging, technical sheets for thermoforming, flexible films, tubes/profiles/cables, fibres and strapping, post-consumer recycling and compounds, integrating dehumidification technologies (Desiair, Modula), gravimetric and volumetric dosing (Quantum, Gravix), centralised feeding, water cooling and industrial refrigeration (Thermal Care, Aquatech) . For the food industry, through the Piovan Food & Powders brand (formerly Penta), we design powder and cream handling and processing systems for the production of biscuits, wafers and snacks, chocolate, caramel, creams, and candies.
