The molds, specially made for their high tolerance, provide an efficient process for creating foam of the highest quality. The hydraulic filter change system allows for continuous production. The three-way cooling system inside the dies and inside the screw ensures a low density foam with remarkably short aging times allowing for lamination direct with film.
