Code: 11555. We develop and manufacture, on behalf of third parties, technical plastic components through single- and two-material injection molding, overmolding, and transfer molding, using high-performance technopolymers for sectors such as medical, electronics, and industrial.

Technical design and co-design

We follow each project from the initial phase, with feasibility studies, molding simulations, and selection of the most suitable materials. Our technical team works closely with the client to optimize geometries and processes.

Electronic integration and assembly

We complete plastic components with the assembly of electronic parts, decorations, screen printing, and in-line functional testing. We have automated CMS welding and assembly systems.

Quality control and instrumental testing

Each phase is monitored with dimensional tests, functional checks, X-ray inspections and 3D simulations, ensuring maximum compliance with the required standards.

Production efficiency and sustainability

Thanks to a highly automated, predominantly electric machine park, we achieve flexible production cycles, including using recycled materials and offering complete traceability and rapid turnaround times.
