The production of hand-made glazed terracotta majolica tiles starts from the design of the drawings to be represented and from the distribution of colours.

Then the most suitable clays are chosen for the rectangular shape of the tile with  variable measures.

Clays can be completely natural or environmentally sustainable, which include a percentage of recycled material.

Then follows the drying, decoration, firing, glazing and final annealing as is widely explained in this article.
