Code: 10201. We produce smooth and flexible ib PE pipes suitable for open field irrigation operations.

Smooth PE pipes for irrigation have diameters from 20 to 200 mm. and have the following characteristics:

– from Ø 20 to Ø 32, up to 450 meters round – spiral

– from Ø 40 to Ø 75, up to 250 round meters

– from Ø 90 to Ø110, up to 100 round meters

– from Ø110 to Ø200, straight, in lengths of 6 – 12 meters

– for Ø110 tubes, spiral or straight in length depending on the order.

Operating pressure at 20°C: 6 bar, 10 bar, 16 bar, 20 bar, 25 bar, 32 bar.

Colors: Blue, Black


Advantages of using smooth PE pipes for irrigation:

- easy tube-to-tube welding or electrowelding providing a system without material flow

- advantages in installation thanks to light weight

- advantages in installation and maneuverability thanks to the flexibility of the pipes


The flexibility of PE pipes allows:

- tube wrapping (reducing the need for gluing/welding)

- welds are made outside the channel (allowing the use of narrow channels)

- the pipes adapt to the line/level of the channel

- the pipes resist ground movements (earthquakes and landslides)

- great resistance to corrosion

- good hydraulic properties

- resistance to friction/abrasion

- great resistance to chemical and atmospheric agents

- existence in frost

- life expectancy over 50 years
