Production of transparent and durable polycarbonate panels for construction and architectural design

Code: 11587. We produce multiwall polycarbonate panels, known for their particular chamber structure that traps air between the layers and guarantees excellent thermal insulation without compromising mechanical resistance.

This configuration, combined with the material's transparency, allows for lightweight yet robust surfaces, suitable for roofing, cladding, and modern architectural solutions. Thanks to its excellent thermal performance, multiwall polycarbonate is used in greenhouses, pool covers, and verandas, as well as in large public structures such as stadiums, bus stops, and exhibition centers. The panels maintain stability even in harsh environmental conditions, withstanding temperatures ranging from -40°C to +120°C, with controlled expansion and thermal transmittance values that promote energy savings.

An additional advantage is the high UV protection, achieved thanks to a co-extruded coating that preserves transparency and original color over time, preventing yellowing and loss of gloss. This makes the panels not only durable, but also safer than other polymer materials.
