Production of insulated plastic composters to accelerate the transformation of organic waste into soil
Code: 11388. For years we have been designing and manufacturing plastic composters designed to facilitate the management of organic waste in domestic and agricultural contexts.
Our composters are distinguished by a modular, practical and flexible system, which adapts to the quantity of material to be composted and optimises the entire process.
Each element has been developed to ensure ideal conditions for the transformation of organic matter into quality compost, thus helping to reduce the environmental impact in a concrete way.
Modular Composter: Vertical Growth and Natural Ventilation
The system is made up of overlapping frames that grow in height as the volume of the inserted material increases.
Each module has a three-layer structure: two perforated outer walls that promote natural ventilation and a central insulating wall that protects against temperature changes and external humidity. This design allows for maintaining a stable and ventilated environment, optimizing conditions for decomposition and accelerating the natural process of composting.
Better composting, less odors
Featuring a snap-fit lid with adjustable ventilation dome, our composter ensures a constant flow of air, which is essential for aerobic microorganisms to thrive.
Controlled ventilation reduces the formation of unpleasant odors and prevents any leakage of leachate, keeping the surrounding area clean.
This system allows to reduce the composting time by up to 25% compared to traditional systems, with concrete results in terms of efficiency and quality of the compost obtained.
Durable materials for outdoor use
Composters are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), a robust, weather-resistant and fully recyclable material. Designed to last over time without the need for maintenance, they can be used outdoors in gardens, allotments or community spaces. Assembly is simple, thanks to a modular interlocking system that requires no tools.
