Code: 9646. We produce a line of flexible corrugated pipes in polypropylene of various colors suitable for the passage of cables.

The colored polypropylene flexible corrugated pipes are made with a double wall, smooth on the inside to facilitate the sliding of the cables and corrugated on the outside to increase resistance to compression reaching 750 N.

The colored PP flexible corrugated pipes have the following characteristics:

- Material: Polypropylene

- Standards: EN 61386.1, EN 61386.22, EN 50267.2.1, EN 50267.2.2, IEC 61034.2

- Compressive strength: Class 3 medium (750 N over 5 cm at +23°C)

- Impact resistance: class 4 heavy (6 joules at -5°C) T

- Minimum temperature: class 2 (- 5°C)

- Maximum temperature: class 2 (+90°C)

- Res. to the spread of flame: self-extinguishing

- Electrical Insulation Resistance: greater than 100 mohm at 500 V for 1 minute

- Dielectric strength: greater than 2000 V 50 Hz for 15 minutes

Corrugated polypropylene pipes can be used:

- with  concrete

- recessed into the floor

- under plaster on the wall

- for the construction of systems in prefabricated buildings

- in modular constructions

- all places and uses where high mechanical resistance is required.
