Code: 11446. For over six decades, we have been passionately dedicated to the design and construction of systems for the production of oriented plastic films, with particular attention to BOPET (biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate).
Our experience has allowed us to develop production lines that combine efficiency, flexibility and sustainability, responding to the needs of an ever-changing market.
Our production lines have operating widths of up to 10.7 metres and speeds of up to 600 metres per minute.
These features ensure high productivity and reduced production costs, while maintaining a superior quality of the film produced.
We use advanced technologies such as the hot MDO (Machine Direction Orientation) stretching process, which improves the optical and mechanical properties of the film, making it ideal for various applications, from food to industrial packaging.
We offer a diversified range of BOPET film machines, with thicknesses ranging from 8 to 125 µm, suitable for multiple uses: transparent films for lamination and printing, opaque films for labels, metallisable films and special films for technical applications. Our technology also allows the production of films with inline coatings, further improving the characteristics of the final product.
