The recycling line has been designed to recycle polyolefin materials, such as HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP and other types, designed to reuse both post-consumer and post-industrial derived material.
The process consists of a material transport system via air to the storage silo and forced feeding synchronized to the extruder, degassing of the bimetallic cylinder carried out by means of a vacuum pump, cutting of the material by means of the rotating blades on the face of the head, water cooling and centrifuged drying.
