Code: 10214. We supply a recycled post-consumer HDPE granule, black in color for the production of smooth and corrugated pipes.

The recycled post-consumer granule is produced through the processing of HDPE waste , mainly consisting of detergent and home care bottles, which are selected, ground, industrially washed, dried and extruded into granules.

The recycled HDPE granule is filtered at 100 microns , with a PP content of around 1% and is therefore suitable for the production of thin walls of corrugated cable gland pipes and smooth irrigation pipes, whether in bars or coils.

Italian production can offer continuous supplies and strict quality control having the testing laboratory inside the company.

Technical characteristics of recycled HDPE granules for pipe production:

- Fluidity: 1-1.18 (190°C, 5.0 Kg.) ISO 1133

- Ash: 0 - 5% ISO 3451

- Density: 0.94-0.97 g/cm3 ISO 1183

- Filtration: 100 microns

- Available colors: black and gray
