For the molding of plastic materials, the company has a department of 7,300 square meters at its disposal, with a fleet of 24 horizontal injection presses, with closing capacity from 200 to 3000 tons to make small pieces. dimensions and weight of a few grams, up to large items with a weight of about 32 Kg.

Most of the presses are equipped with:

• manipulators for the automatic extraction of the pieces and the eventual stacking
• conveyor belts for the handling and processing of the pieces
• modern automation systems and all the devices necessary for the thermoregulation, drying and dehumidification of technopolymers.

The molding of plastic materials for third parties takes place using both the traditional injection method and the most modern Air Molding technology (GAIM) and different types of raw materials (PP, PE-HD, PS, ABS, PA).

The production department is also able to provide technical and logistical assistance for the study of particular and dedicated packaging, the customization of products with hot impressions, pad printing, laser engravings and assemblies.

The seriousness and reliability of the company made it possible to obtain the ISO 9001: 2008 Certification in 1998 and therefore all processing stages are carefully subjected to strict controls to certify that they correspond to the required technical, mechanical and dimensional requirements.
