We produce high-performance extrusion systems for homogeneous, versatile and sustainable compounds
Code: 11653. For decades we have been designing continuous mixing systems capable of efficiently transforming filled, heat-sensitive and abrasive polymers.
The core of the technology is based on two non-interconnected, counter-rotating rotors and a large-volume mixing chamber, which ensures excellent material circulation and uniform dispersion. The rotors' specific geometry achieves high shear rates and excellent dispersive mixing, maintaining low processing temperatures and ensuring a thermally stable compound.
This solution is the modern alternative to conventional compounding systems, offering longer operating life, energy savings, reduced maintenance costs, and maximum production continuity. Mixing intensity can be modulated by adjusting rotor speed, working volume, thermal conditions, and output settings, allowing the process to be adapted to different applications.
The systems are available in several versions, with nominal capacities ranging from 400–700 kg/h (4UM) up to 20,000–40,000 kg/h (18UM), passing through intermediate models such as 800–1,300 kg/h (5UM), 1,500–2,500 kg/h (6UM), 2,000–3,500 kg/h (7UM), 3,000–7,000 kg/h (9UM), 5,000–14,000 kg/h (12UM) and 8,000–18,000 kg/h (13UM). Each version maintains a short residence time, a low thermal history of the polymer and a high quality of the output compound.
