The Company specializes in the design and construction of molds for plastic materials and is able to support its customers in all the phases necessary for the realization of a product, in particular we offer a complete service that goes from the development of the idea of the customer, to the design, to the realization of the mold and to the molding.

The technical / graphic office supported by the most modern computer systems (2D 3D CAM VISI MOLD FLOW) and the experience gained offers qualified and targeted advice starting from an analysis of the customer's project and the creation of the prototype for final approval. 

The workshop then carries out all the necessary mechanical operations, starting from roughing the steel block and obtaining the rough shape, proceeds to the various mechanical processes with the use of high-precision machinery and equipped with computerized numerical control systems.

Once all the work has been completed, we proceed with the adjustment, the final assembly and the first test.

After checking the mold on the press and checking the pieces produced, the mold is definitively ready to start production.
